Private estate "U Taras" is located in the village Polyanitsa, 1 km from the center, 2 km from the 1R lift on Bukovel. There are three cottages for guests: 5 rooms (6-10 people), 2 rooms (4 people) and a cottage for 4-6 people. In the cottage for 5 rooms the whole second floor is for rent (the owners live on the first floor) where there are 5 double rooms, a hall (table, refrigerator, kettle) and a bathroom. The cottage for 2 rooms has two double rooms on the second floor (rented separately from each other), each with a separate entrance and equipped with a double bed, clothes rack, TV, balcony and a bathroom (shower, toilet, wash basin). The third cottage is designed for 4-6 people and expand
consists of a kitchen-living room (folding sofa, wardrobe, TV, electric stove, refrigerator, sink, dishes, table) and a bathroom on the first floor, as well as 2 double rooms on the second floor (double bed, wardrobe). On the estate there is a children's swing, a gazebo, parking places. The hosts can organize hiking, horseback riding. Meals can be ordered from the owners of the estate. The nearest ski lift in Bukovel is 2 km away.
